Use this test to check Anti-Virus scanning on your incoming email messages.
We will send a test message to your address. This message will include an attachment that your AV scanner will recognize as infected. This is not a real virus—it cannot infect anything—but rather an industry standard test string (known as the "eicar test string") that any AV scanner will recognize and treat as if it were a real virus.
